Jim joined Imerys in 1996 from the food and beverage industry, where he held management positions with Frito-Lay and Kraft foods. Since joining Imerys he has worked in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and General Management. In 2016, he was appointed Vice-President & General Manager of the Filtration business. He was appointed Senior Vice President Performance Minerals Americas in November 2018.
