Dividend
Imerys’ dividend distribution policy depends on the net income generated by the company during the financial year in question.
In respect of 2021, upon the Board of Directors' proposal, at the Shareholders' General Meeting of May 10, 2022, the Shareholders are invited to approve a cash dividend of €1.55 per share, representing 46% net income from current operations.
The ex-dividend date will be May 17, 2022 and the dividend will be paid on May 19, 2022.
As a general rule, Imerys does not distribute interim dividends.
Dividends are paid once a year following the Shareholders’ General Meeting held to approve the management and financial statements for the previous financial year.
