Our range of solutions for calcium-aluminate refractory monolithics and castables, whether these be for applications such as kiln and furnace production or foundry flooring, provide the high resistance to heat, thermal shock, abrasion and impact that manufacturers seek out.
The chemical and physical properties that our products provide make them highly effective heat retainers and insulators, equally well suited for the patching or lining of furnaces and the bonding of refractory bricks or joints.
We are the leading supplier of calcium-aluminate binder solutions and synthetic calcium aluminate aggregates that provide manufacturers and constructors with confidence and control over their final product. With an alumina content varying from 40% to 80%, directly relating to their maximum temperature resistance, the cements in our SECAR® range are designed to be principal binder in high temperature applications. Our MULCOA® is a mainstay of refractory production, providing volume stability, resistance to carbon monoxide attack and all-around performance. TECO-SIL® is an extremely insulative material with very low thermal conductivity and with its good thermal shock resistance.
