Carbon brush solutions developed with the producer/customer in mind
We offer a wide range of carbon-based solutions for the production of both resin-bonded and sintered-metallic carbon brushes. These are the results of many decades of experience, having been developed in close collaboration with our customers to find the optimal grade and meet their requirements head on.
Our offer includes high-purity primary synthetic graphites and high aspect ratio graphites with varying particle size distributions. We also offer specialty additives including conductive carbon blacks and petroleum cokes, allowing producers to find the ideal solution depending on the level of electrical conductivity, wear resistance, and commutation required for the final application.
Our production processes allow us to deliver tailor-made solutions with great consistency of key product parameters such as purity, crystallinity, oversize control and particle size distribution (PSD), enabling the reduction of resin consumption by 30 to 50%, enhanced durability due to reduced mechanical and electrical wear, improved commutation properties, lower brush density, higher electrical resistivity, improved mechanical properties and more elasticity for better noise-vibration performance.
