Our product portfolio addresses the specific needs and rigorous quality requirements of the specialty paper market including release liners, label paper, thermal paper, laminating paper, cigarette paper and friction paper.

With a unique and comprehensive portfolio of kaolins, calcium carbonates and diatomaceous earth (DE) minerals as well as EcoBright™ and Formulations services, our global customer base is able to receive advanced multi-pigment solutions such as filler additives, coating pigments or processing aids.

Product lines

We offer a wide range of products differing in shape factor, particle size distribution and brightness to suit all paper application needs:

• Our Capim™ Brazilian clays are the ideal choice for coatings for silicone release base papers, where they provide excellent coating coverage and low sheet porosity to improve silicone hold-out.

• Therma-Print™ is a calcined kaolin for direct thermal and thermal transfer paper coatings designed to improve coating coverage, control ink absorbency and improve thermal print properties.

• Diatomaceous earth (DE) and silicon carbide are used in friction papers to gain a controlled level of surface roughness. Applications include friction paper for auto transmissions and clutches.
