Join our team as a Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and deep market insights. This role will be based in our Roswell, GA Corporate Office. We offer a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in office and 2 days/week remote.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the vital link between market trends and commercial success, reporting directly to the Commercial VP. Your expertise will shape our market strategy while supporting our sales team with actionable insights and compelling value propositions.

Market Leadership & Strategy

  • Become our eyes and ears in the market, identifying emerging trends and translating them into business opportunities

  • Develop sophisticated market segmentation strategies that align our offerings with specific customer needs

  • Transform competitive intelligence into strategic advantages for our commercial team

  • Create multi-mineral product solutions with clear, quantified value propositions that resonate with customers

Innovation & Business Development

  • Discover and champion new business opportunities across your portfolio

  • Lead new product development initiatives from concept to successful commercial launch

  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders to expand Imerys' influence

  • Partner with sales managers to explore untapped markets and develop high-potential prospects

Commercial Excellence

  • Craft powerful, fact-based selling tools that equip our sales force for success

  • Enhance Imerys' industry presence through strategic trade show participation and digital engagement

  • Drive marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results

  • Support corporate communications with expert market insights and technical content

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of proven B2B industrial marketing experience

  • Deep technical understanding of applications, market structures, and performance metrics

  • Exceptional analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving abilities

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence across all organizational levels

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills that bring complex concepts to life

  • Digital marketing expertise, including experience with Google Analytics and data analysis tools

  • Project management excellence with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-functional teamwork
