岗位工作和职责
1.销售合同的打印、审批盖章
2.销售合同的扫描,并发送电子版销售合同给销售团队或者客户
3.邮寄纸质版销售合同给销售团队或者客户
4.收集经客户盖章后的销售合同
5.销售合同的存档和管理。
6.接受客户订单,处理与订单有关的各种问题。
7.客户沟通及订单创建、管理,并及时、准确地处理客户订单。
8.根据客户要求制定交货计划。
9.制作销售发票。
10.保证及时准确的交货和良好的客户服务,包括但不限于制作发票,提供COQ,跟踪整个交货过程。
11.通过与销售团队沟通,管理客户主数据,并在ERP系统中进行相关维护。
12.在ERP系统中处理销售订单并跟踪相关操作,重点监控交货准时交货和发票问题。
13.与其他职能部门(如销售,财务,工业)紧密合作,提供最佳的客户体验,并确保内部部门之间的合作,以获得正确和顺利处理客户咨询和内部职能要求的信息。
14.其他与客户服务与物流发货相关的工作处理。
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历
2.以客户为导向。
3.具备物流、客户服务、订单管理或供应链经验者最佳。
4.英语水平良好,英语六级及以上。
5.良好的人际交往和沟通能力,良好问题解决能力,优秀团队精神与协作,诚信、严谨、可靠。
