The Position

Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst
Location: Roswell, GA (hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote)
As part of the Business Partnering Finance team, the Junior Financial Analyst collaborates primarily with the Sales and Marketing groups to analyze actual sales performance and coordinate forecast/budget processes. As a business partner, they guarantee clear analysis is shared within the business and up to Senior Management to enable decision-making and performance tracking.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting
Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Support monthly and quarterly commercial & market updates to Senior Management
Prepare Quarterly Share Shift Analysis Review with Senior management
Budgeting / Forecasting / Preflash
Drive Quarterly sales forecast and Annual Budget process in collaboration with Segment VPs, Product Managers, commercial analysts, regional counterparts, FP&A group. Run analysis on projection to identify gaps, opportunities and potential upsides.
Drive Monthly short term forecasting to Group Reporting in coordination with S&OP and sales team
Transfer price:
Help establish and /or review transfer prices to affiliates. Ensure proper transfer pricing documentation and accurate implementation. Support intercompany services in regards of analysis, initiatives and modeling.
Accounts Receivable:
Improve and distribute weekly aging dashboard leveraging technology in SAP Analytics. Support any initiatives related to the Global Cash Program (Accounts Receivable)
Participate in ad hoc projects as needed but not limited to strategic plans, M&A process, yearly Standard cost collection, credit note review.
Skills and Attributes Requirements:
Detail oriented. IT savvy. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Ability to understand complex product flows and sales channels.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Accounting - related field, Certified (CPA or CMA) preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience (internship, college coursework, etc. will be considered)
