The Position

Job Summary

1. รับแผนงาน(Action Plan)แผนการผลิตประจำปี (Production Annual Plan) และแผนด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของฝ่ายปฎิบัติการเหมืองระนองนำมาปฎิบัติ
2. ควบคุมดูแลการปฎิบัติงานของแผนกแต่งแร่
3. ควบคุมดูแลการปฎิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
4. ประสานกับผู้รับเหมาป้อนดินและหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นพร้อมจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงแก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา
6. สนันสนุนและควบคุมดูแลผู้ใด้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายของบริษัท ในเรื่องคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย

Qualifications :
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมเหมืองแร่ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งหรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องมาแล้วเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี - มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมงานที่มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาไม่น้อยกว่า 10 คน - มีลักษณะในการเป็นผู้นำ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเป็นหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
