For our HR Country Team in Italy we are looking for a
Human Resources Specialist
60 FTE's for 4 operation sites: Avezzano, Massa Carrara, Monte Sparau, Civita Castellana
Reporting to Country HR Manager Italy
Location:Avezzano or Massa or Porte or Corsico or Domodossola
Job summary:
The HR Specialist is responsible to overlook HR related tasks of core HR management from stuffing, on boarding, payroll and administration (in collaboration with external payroll provider), labor relations and exit for the 4 operation sites of her/ his perimeter in collaboration with HR Team and with respect to the guidelines of Imerys Group.
Key Tasks
Manage to pay
Ensure monthly payroll preparation by providing relevant data input (unpaid leave, seniority, etc.)
Leverage the human resource information system to effectively and efficiently manage HR processes and maintain the accuracy of HR systems data though monthly checks
Ensure times and absences management
Stay informed on changes in labor, social security and tax legislation and ensure that the management is timely informed and the HR processes & practices comply with legislation
Prepare internal reports, such as headcount reports and statistics
Management of day by day HR Administration activities providing certificates, declarations and other documents upon personnel needs and requests
Recruitment, onboarding and training
Ensure business needs in terms of staffing and recruitment according to guidelines delivered on country level
Manage the on boarding process for new employees
Collect the training needs, organise local training and keep updated the internal training & development records with respect of country procedures
Enroll to develop
Foster high engagement, monitor employee satisfaction level, define and implement appropriate retention measures
Labor relations
Ensure regular contact with Works Council, Union representatives and other actors of labour market Safety
Ensure the application of local laws/company procedures for work environment/safety
Background and Key competencies
BSc. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance or equivalent
Proven working experience as HR specialist
Experience acquired in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Fluent in both Italian and English
Excellent knowledge of current Italian labour rules and regulations
Good interpersonal skills, empathetic with the ability of flexible approach to different internal customers
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize regularly. A high degree of personal judgement is required.
Ability to understand the organization needs and motivation of people and combine this towards business realistic development plan
