The Position
Group Industrial Projects PMO Services ManagerJob Summary
Core Responsibilities:
CapEx Project Pipeline and Financial support:
Develop project pipeline database
Work with internal counterparts to update the database in a regular base
Develop tools and dashboard to support yearly CapEx Budget planning and alignment.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect inputs
Aggregate and analyse data inputs
Support PMO to consolidate and report Portfolio KPIs.
Assist PMO in the preparation of reporting global project status to higher level management.
CapEx Project System support:
Support development and deployment of PPM system,
Interview and workshop with internal stakeholders, consolidate business requirements, align development plan with IT and with supplier,
Follow development execution
Support deployment, including training, data migration, and data governance.
Knowledge base / Document management:
Maintain and optimize the structure of the knowledge base, standardize documentation and develop templates.
Serving as the contact point to ensure technical guidelines are properly archived and easily accessible.
Lead documentation revision process, identify backlog and revision plan, follow-up progress with internal document owners.
Organisational:
Support the development, the optimisation and the implement of organisational processes related to project management and Budgeting.
Prepare training materials, provide trainings for project management process and PPM tools
Support the organisation of training sessions for standard processes and technical guidelines.
Primary Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering in a respective field
3 - 5 years of proven experience within a medium to large organisation
Previous experience in a planner or analyst role within a project management environment. Understanding in industrial CapEx project processes and standards is a plus
Familiar with project management methodologies and tools: Waterfall, Agile, MS Project, PPM tool, etc.
Good understanding of project financial management
Digital platform development and deployment experience
Analytical thinking with rigorous
Structured communication, strong interpersonal skills
Excellent command in spoken and written English, other languages an advantage
Dealing with complexity, problem-solving mindset
Strong team spirit, work for the success of the team
Independent, proactive attitude, strong ownership
