Product Stewardship Officer

Job Summary

KEY MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage responses to PM EMEA customers’ regulatory enquiries in an accurate and timely manner, and liaise with the customer service or sales teams when necessary.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the PM EMEA internal regulatory documentation.

  • Provide regulatory support to the innovation team for New Project Developments.

  • Manage the implementation of the analytical tests for both horizontal and market-specific regulations, with the support of product managers, quality managers, and in relations with the PM EMEA manufacturing sites.

  • Report the key topics and the regulatory developments to the Product Stewardship Director.

  • Project orientation: willingness to manage various projects.

  • Communication: strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and  internal stakeholders.

  • Ethics: ability to work with honesty and integrity, demonstrating good moral judgment.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in a scientific discipline.

  • A first experience in product stewardship, regulatory affairs or project management in the industrial sector is of interest, but not mandatory.
