The Position
Industrial Hub Controller H/FJob Summary
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
We are looking for a hub controller who will be reporting to the Controlling Director of Solutions for Building & Infrastructure of EMEA Region and will support in providing comprehensive financial updates to key stakeholders by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate figures at his/her scope. The scope includes 4 plants in France and 1 plant in UK.
Key stakeholders for the success of this position are: Site Mgrs, Cost and Production Analysts on site, Consolidation, Accounting & Reporting accountants, management team of the Business Area, business analysts, external and internal auditors.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business partnering activities:
Analyse Hub costs to identify risks and opportunities to improve performance
Production Volume, energy consumption
Production costs (raw material prices, etc)
Tolling costs
Freight costs
Controlling Activities:
Responsible of the Financial Budgets and Forecasts of the hub
Responsible of the Financial monthly reporting of the hub
Lead and manage the monthly reporting and analysis of all operating costs at hub level
Responsible for performance analysis based on Operations reposting : CAPEX/ Opex, Icube & Purchasing savings, sales variances analysis, inventory levels
Responsible for standard cost set-up and follow-up and help the CPAs on the monthly costing activities
Monitor and propose performance improvement on OWC-related items: Stocks, Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables
Monthly reporting in the consolidation tool (Magnitude)
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with financial/accounting experience is required.
