Job Summary

Job responsibilities :

Among his responsibilities, the category manager in charge of professional services has to :

• Support the professional services global category manager (direct report)
•  Management of RFx; monitoring suppliers contracts (anticipate renewals…)
• Activity reviews organization; monitoring of KPIs
• Ensure suppliers follow-up and monitoring through business reviews
• Animate suppliers panel through dedicated initiatives
• Support procurement process compliance (purchase requests approver)
• Contribute to Imerys sustainability targets ; generate ideas around sustainability
• Carry out market monitoring; establish playbooks

Key Activities :

• Make sure group purchasing policy is followed
• Establish monitoring of managed projects by achieving the set savings objectives
• Implement framework contracts to optimize the supplier panel; identify alternative suppliers
• Get from  internal customers visibility on their projects pipeline

Profile :

• Min 4 years experience
• Professional services purchasing background mandatory
