Job Summary

Job Summary

A well presented, articulate and confident individual with proven ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role will be handling invoices and purchase requisitions for specific departments while managing the front desk. Having good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multi-national team environment with confidence and minimal supervision. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Friendly, positive attitude you enjoy greeting candidates and guests (you are the first impression)

  • Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and assuring deliveries are placed in correct location

  • You have the ability to manage the reception area with professionalism and attention to detail

  • You can answer incoming calls with professionalism and poise and take accurate and detailed messages or direct calls accordingly (there are not a ton of incoming calls).

  • Manage the conference rooms efficiently

  • Manage the purchasing requisitions and receiving invoices, and able to communicate with key personnel on the status of purchase orders among certain departments

  • Process work orders for facilities

  • Act as a liaison between business and property management

  • Minimal mailroom tasks

  • Well organized

  • Attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Work schedule is in office, Monday - Friday from 7:45 am - 5 pm

  • 1 - 2 years of experience handling invoicing or vendor payments

  • AX Citrix or SAP is preferred

  • Excellent telephone and computer skills

  • Communicate across all levels of an organization

  • Presents a professional appearance

  • Previous experience in a client facing position is a plus

  • Ability to multitask, operate efficiently, learn, and adapt quickly

  • Google platform skills a preferred
