The Position

Job Summary

Job Title: International Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Roswell, GA (hybrid - 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote)

This position combines responsibilities related to business development, export management, and customer support. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of logistics, ERP systems, and customer support.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the international business manager to facilitate account management for new and existing customers, including maintenance, price lists and changes, claim management, and customer setup
Manage the customer master data across Imerys’ ERP systems to ensure accurate pricing, forecasting, demand planning and customer data
Support the expansion of market presence abroad and assist with critical customer issues
Develop and maintain relationships with international partners, distributors, agents, and direct customers
Coordinate customer requests and manage claims, resolving issues related to order delays, production prioritization, and shipments
Work with finance, product management and logistics to manage freight rate changes, preserve customer margins, and monitor supply chain performance
Facilitate customer service duties, including shipment tracking, issue resolution, and communication with customers and stakeholders
Develop inventory and SKU optimization programs in collaboration with operations and plants.
Develop KPI’s and issue frequent reports to monitor financial and supply-chain-performances

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIREMENTS:

Strong written and oral communication skills
Understanding of exports, order-to-cash process, logistics, and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
Experience with Google applications and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer databases, statistical applications, and logistics programs
Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
Working knowledge of supply chain processes

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of experience in export, logistics, customer service, or a related industry
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX or SAP) preferred
