Junior Product Management Analyst

The Position

Job Summary

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
List the essential functions, major activities and the main areas of ongoing responsibility concerning the position. Give the precise long- term results or the contributions expected of the position. Use action verbs (ex : contribute, assure, supervise…) to indicate the degree of responsibility of the position with regards to the expected results. Identify the necessary components of success and the specific difficulties for the position.

Product Data Management :
Product Data Sheet: Create, updated share the Product Data Sheet, Ensure communication to market
Product hierarchy: SKU creation and rationalisation

Business Area Coordination (RAC & Other BA):
Slow mover analysis: Preparation of a quarterly surplus list, coordination of actions and discussion on potential outlets
Optimise the cost to serve customer for dedicated products / range of product, coordinating operation, finance and supply chain data values to propose guidance to the market teams
Product development
New Product profitability: Follow-up of the new commercial product sales and profitability,
Review forecasted profitability of development projects

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience requirements
(Educational requirements should be the minimum level acceptable for the position. Experience should describe both type and amount of necessary qualifying experience. Also note any professional licenses or driving licence required)

Profile:
Master’s Degree in Economics, Management or MBA
1-3 years of relevant experience in the role of research analyst, market analyst or equivalent function
Strong business acumen
Experience of working in multinational teams, across geographies, with a preference in the industrial environment
Problem solving skills, high level of attention to detail and follow through
Team player
Be able to work well independently and with the broader team
Result oriented and ability to structure complex issues
Strong analytical & synthesis skills
Flexibility in working approach and capacity of delivering within short deadlines.
Curiosity for new subjects
Strong interpersonal skills
Project management experience is a plus
Languages:
