The Position

HR Business Partner

Job Summary

HR Business Partner 

St Austell, Cornwall 

Full time - Monday to Friday 

Permanent 

£40,000 

We have a great opportunity to join an experienced HR team as a true partner in an organisation operating on a global scale with multiple sites in the UK

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced environment and who has significant experience of managing an employee relations case load as an HR professional. Ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 but we can be flexible depending on experience. Experience of working with Unions and knowledge of sponsorship and right to work processes would be a bonus

This role supports all of our business units outside of Cornwall with 25% of your time spent visiting our sites in Devon, Dorset, Stoke, Cheshire and Yorkshire

Partnering with senior stakeholders 

Building strong relationships with managers and employees 

Handling day to day HR issues such as absence management, discipline and grievance, recruitment, succession planning and people development/training needs
