Job Summary

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine

Mitarbeiterin (w/m/d) - Customer Service

für den Standort Gräfenhainichen oder Teutschenthal

Ihre wesentlichen Verantwortlichkeiten

Sie sind für die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Vertriebsinnendienstes des von Ihnen betreuten Kundenstammes verantwortlich.

Mitarbeit bei der Kundenberatung, Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung, dem Reklamationsmanagement und der Stammdatenpflege
Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung der Aufträge mit den zuständigen Vertriebsmitarbeitern und dem Vertriebsleiter sowie den verantwortlichen Produktionswerken
Überwachung von Lieferterminen
Erstellen von Analysen und Statistiken
Kontinuierliche Optimierung aller vertriebsrelevanten Prozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
gute Salesforce- sowie G-Workspace- (oder MS-Office-)Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägtes service- und kundenorientiertes Denken
Konzeptionelle, sehr gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, auch unter hoher Arbeitsbelastung und Zeitdruck überlegt und effektiv zu handeln
