Paper Academy

The Paper Academy is an initiative by the Imerys Pigments for Paper & Packaging business group. This international 18-month induction program is designed specifically for graduates with little or no industrial experience.

The objective is to help new recruits find their feet and settle into the Imerys group and particularly into the Paper & Packaging business group, by discovering and sharing our culture and values.

The Paper Academy provides them with the foundations upon which to develop their skills and to shape their future career within Imerys. In practice this means:
- A comprehensive four-week training program
- Mentoring from senior colleagues
- Networking with people from different countries
